Tweety's eyebrows are thin and orange, matching the color of her hair. Her eyelids are black.
Over her eyes are two orange lines, and blue eyeshadow. She has three black eyelashes over her eyes, and six brown eyelashes below. The inner outline of the eyes is a dark pink.
She has orange blush on her cheeks.

Outfit
Tweety has two outfits, and accessories.
Her main outfit includes a hot pink, short-sleeved shirt. Over this is worn a white, sleeveless shirt with a blue collar and a drawing of Tweety in a two-piece swimsuit and visor on the front. Her skirt is short and denim, with an attached rainbow-colored belt (blue, green, yellow, orange, red) and buckle. Her knee-high socks are white with two red stripes at the top. Her shoes are pink with white soles, white laces, minor blue details, and a drawing of Tweety's head on the outer ankle.
The second outfit is a two-piece swimsuit. The top piece goes over the shoulders and behind the neck. The bottom piece has a drawing of Tweety with an afro on the backside, and has a short skirt attached. Both pieces are turquoise blue with a pattern of Tweety drawings and pink stars.
She also has a translucent visor with red trim, which has a rainbow-colored band with a buckle closure (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet).
