Cotin Doll World wigs sell in size 8.5–9.5". They sell for about US$30.00. There is a small variety in wigs, and each wig is available in a very small variety of colors (mostly natural, sometimes unnatural).
Cotin Doll wigs have a quality similar to stock wigs, may not sit right, and the wig cap may be more visible than desired in the front.[1]
